History and Science Fair

Held in alternating years (generally in February or March), the well-attended history and science fairs offer students in grades K-6 an exciting opportunity to create and display projects and to compete for recognition by grade. 

The fairs also feature a wide variety of interactive entertainment, from a dry ice demonstration and a hands-on reptile exhibit (2007 Science Fair) to a performance by “Ben Franklin” and a knight in full armor (2006 History Fair).  In addition, the fairs feature experiments and crafts tables, book sales, refreshments, and much more. 

We welcome you to help us plan and put on the fair, have your child compete, or just attend for the fun of it.

Our next history fair will be held March 29, 2008.  The next science fair will take place in February or March of 2009.
