Kids' Election “The vote is the most powerful instrument ever devised by man for breaking down injustice and destroying the terrible walls which imprison men because they are different from other men.” –President Lyndon B. Johnson Every four years, the Academic Booster Club offers an invaluable lesson in democracy and citizenship to students under the age of 18 by sponsoring a kids’ presidential election. Held at the Nutley Library, the election features realistic registration tables and voting booths. Results are posted the next day here and at the library.
